• Not disclose proposal content to any third party without Norfolk AI's prior written consent.

6. AI Assistant (Marcela)

The Site includes an AI-powered assistant named Marcela. By interacting with Marcela, you acknowledge that:

• Marcela's responses are generated by artificial intelligence and may not always be accurate, complete, or current.
• Conversations with Marcela may be logged and reviewed by Norfolk AI staff to improve service quality.
• Marcela does not provide legal, financial, medical, or professional advice. Responses are informational only.
• You will not attempt to manipulate, deceive, or extract confidential system information from Marcela.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SITE AND ALL CONTENT ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. NORFOLK AI DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL NORFOLK AI, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, OR SUPPLIERS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SITE, EVEN IF NORFOLK AI HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

IN NO EVENT SHALL NORFOLK AI'S TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS EXCEED ONE HUNDRED UNITED STATES DOLLARS (USD $100.00).

9. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Norfolk AI, LLC and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms or your use of the Site.

We have no control over and assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party sites. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Travis County, Texas, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.

Before initiating formal legal proceedings, you agree to first contact Norfolk AI at [email protected] and attempt to resolve the dispute informally for a period of 30 days.
